Great and passionate people who collaborate, support and complement each other's skills.Job PurposeThe Fleet Leasing Analyst will focus on providing analytical and financial support for business cases and assisting in commercial negotiations with leasing companies and strategic partners. This role values a detail-oriented approach and a solid understanding of commercial dynamics. While primarily a support role, there may be occasional opportunities to participate directly in negotiations.Main Responsibilities - TasksAssist in preparing and summarizing commercial proposals for management review.Develop and analyze business cases for various aircraft transactions.Review leasing contracts to identify potential improvements for future negotiations.Collaborate with internal and external legal teams to support commercial negotiations.Build and maintain strong communication with suppliers, leasing companies, and aircraft buyers to identify new opportunities.Represent Vueling at international leasing events and airline conferences.Main RelationshipsIAG Fleet Team.Internal departments (especially Legal, Maintenance and Flight Operations).EducationIdeally, graduated in Industrial Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, ADE or related fields.ExperienceExperience in commercial negotiation and cross-functional environments.Familiarity with contract review and cross-functional team collaboration.Strong knowledge of business case analysis.CompetenciesStrong attention to detail.Analytical mindset with a focus on solving business cases.Ability to communicate effectively and coordinate with diverse teams.Proactive and able to perform well under pressure.Proficient in Excel.LanguagesEnglish C1Desired: Spanish C1.LocationViladecans, Barcelona.LevelIndividual Contributor 5.Vueling is the first Top Employer airline in Europe.Vueling is the first European airline and the first low-cost airline in the world to obtain this certification, based on Vueling's results in the Top Employers Institute's HR Best Practices Survey, and covers six areas of human resources across 20 different topics.Our CultureWe thrive on teamwork and collaboration.
