This organization develops and maintains instrumentation agents and integrations for a wide range of products, including Kafka, MySQL, etc.
We are working on projects to make it easier to instrument and get visibility into infrastructure, simplifying observability for engineers.What you'll do:Build, maintain, and scale Rust and Go clients/projects as well as their support tools.Contribute to Open Source and grow your reputation and skills.Collaborate with team members to discuss and implement service improvements, research new tools and services.Ship incrementally and often, maintaining a constant flow of feedback.Work in an agile environment with a DevOps approach.This role requires:At least three years of experience and a passion for open source software, Linux systems, software architectures, and Rust programming language.An autonomous, cross-functional, and agile mindset.Self-motivation, fast learning, accountability, and creative problem-solving skills.Collaboration with colleagues in important decisions and sharing code ownership.Bonus points if you have:Experience developing instrumentation products.Experience developing on different Unix OSes and Windows.Upstream contributions to relevant Open Source projects.We foster a diverse, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
