Vision: Serve as a key liaison with a variety of different parties and deliver world-class service to all our customersMission: Co-coordinate a SAFE, on time aircraft turn around process and uphold the Delta customer experience to its highest possible standardsAs a Fixed Term Ticket/Gate Agent (Customer Service Agent), you will be central in demonstrating Delta's commitment to our customers by making their travel experience as smooth and as pleasant as possible. At Delta, our brand is critical to our continued success. You will be the first to greet our customers, guide them to where they need to go, and assist them on the computer with their ticketing and baggage check-in process. Our agents understand the demands of air travel and are determined to make the experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible for our customers by helping with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding.

Summary of Responsibilities include:Owning the check-in process, boarding process, and seat availability, including making gate announcements and ensuring customers have the accurate travel documentationTagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts. Some bags will weigh up to 70 poundsOpening, closing, and securing aircraft doorsEscorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airportScheduling is based on operational needs. Shifts range from early morning to overnight. Each station is different based on its individual flight scheduleYou will also work a minimum of 25 hours per week with the options to work additional hours as needed.

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
Must be at least 18 years of ageMust have authorization to live and work in Spain at the time of applying to this positionProficient in English and SpanishAbility to read, write, with strong verbal and written communication skills, using proper grammar, tone, and pronunciationPossess basic computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsFrequently lift bags or items weighing up to and including 70 poundsConsistently makes safety and security, of self and others, a priorityEmbrace diverse people, thinking and styleBe willing to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays(If transferring internally) Must be performing satisfactorily in present positionWhat will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
