Fixed Access Spoc

Job Description Our client, a leading global IT service provider, is recruiting a Fixed Access SPOC to join their business in Spain.Job Description:The Level 1 Fixed Access SPOC is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects related to level 1 fixed access .
This includes ensuring effective operation, meeting organizational objectives, and managing relevant tasks and projects.Responsibilities:Lead and manage the level 1 fixed access team.Develop and implement strategies and policies for level 1 fixed access .Monitor performance and implement improvements.Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.8-5, rest on call mode of working (24 Hrs support)Single Point of Contact for customer for Technical program governance, Route cause analysis, meetings, reporting etc for Video domainQualifications:Bachelor's degree in the Telco/IT field.Extensive experience in level 1 fixed access .Strong leadership and management skills.Proficiency in relevant technologies and tools: OLTs Nokia, OLTs Huawei, DSLAM Nokia, DSLAM Huawei.Spanish & English professional level speaking candidatesNOC Operations experience is must (L1 Monitoring and L2 Support)Skills: OLTs Nokia, OLTs Huawei, DSLAM Nokia, DSLAM Huawei
