Your mission will be to ensure seamless supplier management, focusing on contract execution, supplier development, and risk assessment. You will be the key contact for suppliers, working closely with internal teams to drive performance objectives and strategic goals.Responsibilities:Assist in initiating and negotiating supplier contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.Oversee and update vendor data to ensure accuracy and compliance.Assist in implementing and monitoring supplier development plans, aiming for cost reduction, lead time reduction, and quality improvement.Use supplier scorecards to track and report on key performance indicators.Work with Sourcing, Procurement Sourcing Center, and local teams to implement new contracts and monitor utilization.Consolidate and prioritize internal demands, managing any conflicts.Assist in creating supplier risk assessments and ensure regular updates.Communicate supplier strategies and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Conduct internal and supplier audits, ensuring compliance with company and local procedures.Lead initiatives to reduce waste and optimize resources.Qualifications and Skills:- 1+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management preferably within the oil and gas industry.- A relevant degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.- Professional certifications and courses in supply chain management are a plus.- Deep understanding of the oil and gas sector, with a focus on supplier management.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Additional Information:- Working Days Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9 AM to 5 PM- Location: Benghazi- Benefits: Based on experience the offer has a competitive salary including housing support and extended benefits.
