Who you are?We are seeking applicants for the position of Fire Assayer, who are excited by the challenges of our business and the variety this role offers. You will be based at Malaga, WA and will be responsible for using specialised equipment and performing manual handling tasks to prepare samples.
Some of your tasks will be:Weigh samples for analysisFluxing, firing, knock-up and cupellation of samplesEnsure correct procedures are used and adhered toFollow QHSE procedureWhat you will bring to the role:Reliable and keen to workPhysically fit, prepared to carry out manual tasksMonday to Friday Day ShiftAbility to follow set procedures and good attention to detailWillingness to work as part of a team with a high focus on quality & safetyWhat is the roster:Monday to Friday roster – Day shiftPlease note that as part of the recruitment process you must be able to pass a medical which includes a drug and alcohol test.
