[Fio438] - Network/Communication Technician

Description: We are looking for a network/communication technician with experience in level 2 support & administration. As international support is provided, availability for shift work and a high level of English is required.
The position requires experience in both MPLS-WAN networks and in CPD environments of large companies, with a focus on managing network schemes to have a global vision of the services/platforms offered in the client's datacenter.
In this service, the responsibility covers one of the following technologies. Knowledge of both areas will be highly valued, although a minimum of one is required:
Switching / Routing: Advanced CCNA or CCNP equivalent knowledge and experience in LAN, WAN, and Wireless LAN environments are required. The vendors are mainly:Cisco for LAN, WAN, and Wireless LANArista for LAN and WANIt is necessary to demonstrate knowledge and experience in the following protocols/technologies: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, ISIS, VRF, IPSEC, MPLS, Viptela SD-WAN, VLAN, Trunking, STP & VTP, HSRP/VRRP, Port Channel & VSS.Experience with troubleshooting tools (i.e., Wireshark) is required.DDI: Experience in administration and support in DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services.Balanced Services: Experience in administration and support tasks with F5 balancers and F5 DNS functionality.The service is 24x5 + 4 shifts (From Sundays at 11 PM to Friday-Saturday night at 3 AM). In addition, planned activities can be scheduled on Saturday (3 AM to 11 PM - a maximum of 12 hours of intervention, one person).
