FinOps Executive At Treatwell, the Finance Operations team is responsible for providing support for a number of departments, Account Management teams, and Customer Service Management teams within 13 countries across Europe and UK/IE.
We also support our finance team with a range of day-to-day operational finance activities.
To succeed in this role, you need to be able to understand the big picture, while also being unafraid to dive into the details and investigate to get issues resolved!
You will be responsible for: Ad hoc/bi-monthly/monthly sales invoice generationInvestigating and handling credit card and Paypal disputesOffering support during invoice & payment-runsReconciling transactions to statements and correcting any discrepanciesMaking appropriate adjustments to transactional commission and tax totalsChecking stalled orders and ensuring payment to the partnerImporting salon receipts on a daily basisCreating customer charges and refundsManaging updates to customers' financial detailsProcessing Bulk Gift Card orders and invoice generationManaging various finance ticket queues in a timely mannerResolving queries raised in the finance support Slack channelAd hoc tasks to help the team out as necessaryAbout you: A positive and proactive team player with strong communication skills.1+ years of experience in a numbers-focused role, such as administration, financial analysis, or operationsAble to work effectively in a multi-tasking and pressured environmentFantastic attention to detail and organisational skillsConfidence in working with numbers and spreadsheets, with relevant Excel experience.Able to work under own initiative and with colleagues located in multiple locationsA passion for scale-up environments, where you will thrive with the paceFluency in English; an additional European language will be a plusAbout Treatwell: Hi, we're Treatwell.
