Location : Fuengirola Type of employment : Permanent Working hours : Full time (37.5 hours per week) Work-model : Office-based Start: January Are you our future Finnish-speaking Team Leader who wants to provide world-class service to both external and internal customers? About the role: You will be responsible for supervising, motivating, and following up with the team members on a daily basis. As a team leader, you will be the contact point for many different departments and countries, so your communication skills should be excellent. You should also be able to act proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration. Ultimately, we believe in Freska that you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals. Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day operations Responsible for relevant KPIs and budgets of your team Motivate team members Discover training needs and provide coaching Evaluate performance and provide feedback to all team members Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts Recruit and onboard new team members Requirements: Proven work experience as a team leader Experience in customer service Excellent communication skills Must speak and understand Finnish fluently Must speak and understand English fluently We offer: Competitive salary Collective agreement with permanent employment and a 1-month probationary period Induction and training to help you succeed in your job Business activities, small and large Office location close to the beach in Fuengirola Health care Private insurance What exactly is Freska?
