We are looking for a Winback Specialist to join our team in Fuengirola who wants a stable base salary and a great bonus.
With a base salary of € 1630/month , and an uncapped commission structure, we are confident that the right person can create customer satisfaction!
Earning €2300-€2600 or more per month are not uncommon, and the best part?

You'll handle requests to cancel subscriptions and transform them into moments of insight, empathy, and resolution.
Engage: Proactively listen to customers' concerns, understand their reasons for canceling, and address issues with patience and professionalism.
Inspire: Highlight the unique value of our services tailored to each customer's needs.
Resolve: Work creatively to offer solutions, discounts, or tailored plans that make staying with us an easy choice.
Build Loyalty: Leave every customer interaction with a sense of satisfaction, even if the outcome isn't a retention win.
You have: Experience in customer service, sales, or retention is a plus, but we welcome enthusiastic learners!
