Role Description

As a Finnish Speaking Recruiter at Patrique Mercier Recruitment, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent for our diverse client pool.

Your daily duties will include candidate identification through various channels, initial screening, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.

After an initial training period in Athens, you will work remotely, enabling you to operate flexibly and efficiently.

Requirements

Finnish language proficiency

A valid European Union passport

Willingness to undertake a full training program in Athens for the first 4 months

Ability to work remotely after the training period

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
