Role Description:
As a Finnish Speaking Recruiter, you'll be the face of our company, connecting top talents with exciting career opportunities throughout Europe.

You'll manage the full recruitment cycle, from creating and posting job ads to interviewing candidates and managing onboarding.

This is an entry-level position, so we'll provide you with a fully paid training program to get you up to speed, including a 4-month training period in the beautiful city of Athens (flight tickets on us!).

Requirements:

Finnish language proficiency

A valid European Union passport

Self-motivated and eager to learn

Love for connecting people
