Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure players receive top-notch support.
Collaborate with relevant departments to escalate issues and follow up on pending matters efficiently.
Handle customer communications proficiently in both English and Finnish.
Manage incoming customer inquiries via email and live chat on a daily basis.
Support departments like Fraud and Money Laundering Reporting when necessary.
Respond to customer queries according to company guidelines, ensuring a customer-focused approach.
Provide feedback on recurring customer issues to management and relevant teams for process improvement.
Action management requests and promote the company's values and products.
Maintain professional relationships with customers and internal teams.
Liaise with third-party providers when necessary to ensure smooth customer service operations.
Requirements: Fluent in Finnish (native or C2 level).
Fluent in English.
Previous experience (1 year+) in the iGaming industry, particularly in customer service, is a plus.
Strong customer focus and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Team player with strong communication skills.
Ambitious and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
