With a track record of technical excellence and more than 60 years of international development experience and relationships, we deliver innovative solutions that transform lives.Position Summary: The Financial Systems Analyst will be responsible for supporting DT Global FP&A teams to develop new templates and tools for more efficient and effective processes, planning, and analysis. The position will require a combination of Finance and IT mindsets and the ability to quickly evaluate the problem and use multiple advanced technical tools to develop/improve models and templates.The role will require a strong customer-centric approach to be able to listen to process participants and stakeholders and develop solutions that will fit everyone's needs.Primary Responsibilities:On a project-by-project basis, work with the FP&A team of one of DT Global geographies or global team to review, develop, and improve models, tools, and templates for increased efficiency, accuracy, and internal control.Participate in process improvement processes to advise on advanced tools to establish smooth and effective processes.Provide training and support to finance and accounting team members on better use of technology as needed.Fully support US FP&A reporting.Budget tracking and variances, analysis, and reporting.Education & Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, and/or IT required. MBA or Master's degree in related field strongly preferred.Experience improving financial and business processes using Microsoft Power Tools (Power Automate, Power Query, etc.) and Power BI.3+ years of advanced Microsoft Excel skills, Power Query, Power BI, and Power Automate are required.Familiarity with accounting foundations and best practices for US GAAP and IFRS accounting principles.Experience using several ERP systems is required, Deltek CostPoint experience a plus.Excellent people skills, roll-up-the-sleeves mentality, and ability to work with remote teams, including building deep, long-distance work relationships with teams located across multiple time zones.Track record of independently delivering business outcomes with limited supervision.Ability to manage ambiguity and is comfortable operating independently.Experience knowing USAID regulations and applications of NICRA rates is strongly preferred.Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft certifications in Power BI, Power Automate, Excel Power Query, and other similar tools
