We are committed to being an employer of choice, inclusive and responsible.In accordance with our Diversity policy, all our positions are open to candidates with disabilities.By joining our Finance Global Operations team, you will be responsible for providing support to the sales team by assisting with quoting and all of the back-office processes associated with TD Synnex Capital's business.Your Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Supports TD SYNNEX Capital sales and operations teams.Act as the primary point of contact responsible for the back-office processes associated with financial solutions transactions.Create quotations at the direction of a sales team member, or other vendor requested quotation for financial transactions.Work with external customers to ensure understanding and adherence to the funding process(es).Review all finance documents and bank invoices for completeness and accuracy.Prepare financial documents and obtain information and signatures from external customers as needed.Track incoming payments and provide advice to Accounting regarding application.Perform in-depth external customer credit review and release orders per established guidelines.Track orders to completion and obtain necessary serial numbers on product.Ensure proper data mapping between sales system and financing system.Coordinate and liaise between TD SYNNEX Capital and internal customers.Troubleshoot for internal and external customers.Work at the direction of management to balance team members' workloads and ensure team adherence to all back-office processes.Attend meetings with financial solutions vendors to review outstanding work.Mentor and provide developmental support to Financial Solutions Operations team members.Your Qualifications:Experience:Several years of relevant work experience. Financial Solutions or Sales Operations experience is a plus.Education & Certifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or related Field of Study preferred.
