This opportunity is to work in our offices in San Sebastian, Spain.
Responsibilities
Financial sales activities for new/renewal business to achieve license revenue objectives.
Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization's solutions.
Participates in industry shows and conventions to position the company in the industry and generate new leads for business.
Creates and leads advanced solution presentations to match identified customer needs using the company's products.
Coordinates and organizes technical support for demos, PoCs, support of evaluation, training etc.
Effectively contributes to all stages of the sales process.
Facilitates communication with the sales and technical team for updates on product capabilities, success stories and winning strategies.
Works with team members to develop clear and effective written proposals, quotations, and value propositions for current and prospective customers.
Provides client feedback to product development and marketing staff.
Required Qualifications
Education: Financial degree or equivalent.
Software selling experience to the finance industry with a proven track record of success.
New business development experience in one of the big financial hubs.
Good understanding and knowledge of the financial industry and financial derivatives.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and with other functional teams.
Ability to foster collaboration & coordination with personnel distributed across multiple global sites.
Aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine appropriate solutions for customers.
Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Combination of a degree in Finance and quantitative finance.
New business development experience to top tier banks.
Software selling experience in derivatives pricing solutions or index tracking.
Fluent in Spanish.
