About the role
The Finance department at our headquarters in the Netherlands is a dynamic team of 25 professionals, organized for agility and efficiency. Strategically positioned close to our factories and R&D teams, Finance maintains short lines of communication with other functions, enabling a deep understanding of the stories behind the numbers. Regular visits to our high-tech factory for physical inspections further strengthen this connection.
Our Finance team covers a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including financial administration, management accounting, statutory accounting, treasury, tax compliance, business control, and ESG. By managing all these activities within one team, we eliminate silos and reduce the risk of duplicate efforts.
We maintain strong ties with our Finance teams in the US and China, fostering a truly global perspective. Each year, our financial controllers visit one of our international locations to conduct internal audits and benchmark our processes, ensuring we remain at the forefront of industry standards.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Reporting Manager. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of relevant work experience as auditor (RA/AA), reporting specialist or financial controller. As a Financial Reporting Manager at Prodrive, you will be responsible for external IFRS financial reporting, contributing to ESG reporting, and the preparation of the monthly report for the management and supervisory board.
Key Responsibilities
Take the lead in preparing and improving the monthly board report, providing key steering information to our Management and Supervisory board.
Engage and interact with the leadership team, controllers and Management board to understand the story behind the figures, to provide context and narrative to the monthly board report.
Coordinate the preparation of Prodrive's IFRS annual report and statutory filings, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial data and ensure the accuracy of financial statements.
Provide insights into financial performance, trends, and forecasts, contributing to informed decision-making by stakeholders.
Play a key role in contributing to our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting initiatives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations, incorporating relevant metrics into our reporting framework.
Implement report automation techniques to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reporting mechanisms to measure and communicate these indicators effectively.

Profile
Master's degree in Accounting or Finance.
3 to 7 years of relevant working experience, either as auditor (RA/AA), reporting specialist or financial controller.
Knowledge of IFRS and experience in preparing external financial reports.
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including data modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent English communication and collaboration abilities.
