We're looking for someone like that to help us:Support Daily run the bank activities in relation to the regulatory reporting to the Bank of Spain and the CNMVPreparation of the Regulatory Reporting Bank of Spain for monthly, quarterly, biannual and annual reportsPreparation of the Regulatory Reporting of CNMV for bi-annual and annual reportsAnalysis of the new regulations, assessment of their applicability to the entity and definition of the procedures, calculations, statements for the implementation of the relevant changesSystematical analysis of products to ensure that they are recorded correctly in the bank's accounts and reported accuratelyPreparation of all tax forms to be sent to the tax authoritiesCalculation of CIT provisions for all entities and accounting entriesPreparation of annual CIT returns for UBS AG PEReview of the annual CIT settlement of UBS EuropeCalculation of advance payments of CIT - UBS GroupCalculation of Pro-Rata UBS EuropeReview of and support with Transfer Pricing documentationInteraction with local regulatorsYour team - You'll be working in the Financial Reporting and Controlling team in Madrid.
