Main Responsibilities: Project 1: Germany – Oversee the transition of retail finance leasing from the incumbent to a new partner, managing existing commercial and digital integrations.
Project 2: United Kingdom – Manage the partner change in the UK for retail finance leasing, similar to the German project, with existing commercial and digital integrations.
Project 3: Denmark – Lead the transition for retail finance leasing in Denmark, where no current commercial or digital integrations exist.
Key tasks across all projects: End-to-end Process Mapping: Ensure smooth partner transitions, identifying and optimizing processes for efficiency.
Governance Management: Maintain clear oversight of project timelines, risks, and deliverables.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on commercial and digital elements of the transition.
Execution Delivery: Lead the operational execution and ensure successful implementation of the new partnerships.
Hyper care Continuous Improvement: Monitor and address any issues post-implementation, ensuring ongoing success.
Key Expectations: Lead the implementation of FS partnerships and solutions in key markets.
Manage and coordinate the FS partner selection and RFQ processes.
Advise and support the transition into an assisted sales (Agency) model.
Challenge and improve existing FS solutions, driving innovation in the client's FS domain.
Competence Requirements: Experience: At least 5 years, preferably 10 years, of relevant experience in banking, auto finance, or financial services project management.
Expertise: In-depth knowledge of banking, finance, and treasury products, services, and processes.
Certifications: PMO certified with a strong track record of managing similar projects and successful delivery.
Other Requirements: Strong business acumen and ownership mentality.
Highly organized with a structured approach to project management.
Proactive, with a drive for results and strong commercial insight.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English is a must.
Fluency in German and/or Danish is a strong plus.
Location: Location: Gothenburg, with the flexibility to work from Stockholm, but the role requires 3 days per week in Gothenburg.
