The Transformation, Performance & Financial Data team in CIB Finance is responsible for generating the information necessary to measure the performance of the various business teams in CIB (geography, product, and client) at a granular level.
About the job:
Execute and continuously improve the Performance Management processes (monitoring, analysis, and control of activity, results, expenses, and investments), complying with defined quality and productivity standards, ensuring their proper functioning and compliance with established KPIs and SLAs.
Previous Experience:
Knowledge of BBVA's management control model and best practices at the Group level, focusing on the continuous improvement of this model.
Desirable knowledge of CIB Products.
Familiarity with using advanced data tools in both stable environments and technological migration processes.
Leadership of projects related to management information, profitability, capital, etc.
Key Skills:
Comprehensive management of financial and technological projects.
Proficient in analytical tools and data platforms.
Desirable knowledge of BBVA SA client tools.
Ability to communicate with different stakeholders (Business, Product, Risks...).
Adaptability to changing environments and ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.
Education:
University degree (Business Administration, Economics, Engineering).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or Operations departments.
Knowledge of financial products.
Advanced English level (minimum B2) both spoken and written.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and valuable experience in database management.

Analytical Method, Customer Targeting, Organizing, Teamwork.
