Job Description: EURME Finance ManagerJob Description Summary: This position will play a key leadership role in EURME financial operations and analysis.
This includes managing and coordinating robust financial close and reporting, planning and analysis for the EURME region of my clients to understand key drivers and help drive financial performance.
Under the guidance of the EURME Regional Finance Director and working closely with the Corporate Financial Planning Analysis (FPA) team, the individual will collaborate across functions and with local management and commercial teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information and precise projections and effective planning of resources.
The person will assist with annual budgeting, monthly reporting, forecasting and analysis, manage operating budgets and assist in preparation of materials and presentations for various audiences.The individual will develop and provide financial analytics related to both budget and actual results for the entire EURME operations and provide support to local management.
Assist in the development of strategic decisions to maximize efficiencies in the business and track the level of compliance with key objectives.
Utilize strong financial analysis skills and assist in building and using complicated data sources, financial modeling and multi-year projections.The individual in this role will be responsible for the development of our SAP CO-PA (KE30) in all entities in the EURME region and ultimately throughout the world-wide organization, including manufacturing entities.
Based on the level of experience of the individual, utilize experience and knowledge to enhance the Company's overall SAP operating environment including streamlining individual module applications to improve overall efficiency of daily transaction processing.Offer suggestions to enhance internal monthly reporting for Company management.
Leverage overall knowledge to assist functions outside of financial accounting (for example, Tax, Treasury, Operations and Commercial) in relation to increase automation and direct interfaces with external organization's inputs that provide information to the Company.Responsibilities:The individual is the key driver for the proper accounting of the Control Tec Business.
The input from other departments on different orders as well as the proper liquidation of all types of SAP orders, projects and WBS needs to be ensured.Ensure proper month-end closing activities of production orders of chemical products and projects (machinery sales and deposit) and review product costing.Review production cost per hour actual vs plan and adjust when necessary.Perform the monthly closing activities for CO-PA such as maintain and execute assessment cycles and ensure Net profit CO is in line with Net profit FI.
