Financial Planning And Analysis Manager

Melt Group is looking for an International Company leader in his sector: a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager for its office in Valencia. The role of the candidate is to assure that the required analytical financial information is prepared and presented in a timely and precise manner.
Reporting to the Group Financial Planning & Reporting Director, his Responsibilities & Duties are:

Preparation of management reports and presentation materials with commentaries for internal meetings.
Monthly analysis of product and department performance (e.g., net sales, COGS, OPEX, inventory etc.) against estimates and budget.
Support the reporting team with the day-to-day financial reporting.
Provide financial support across the organization.
Analyze and interpret historical financial, operational, and transactional data.
Perform and build forecasting tools (Budgeting, Rolling forecast etc.).
Perform various reports (Balance sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, Budgeting, Forecasting etc.).
Involvement with various projects as sponsor or project manager.

Ability to quickly absorb and understand business processes.
Able to work independently and to ensure deadlines.
Strong analytical skills and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Excellent command of English, both written and oral.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Understanding of accounting functions and terminology.
Ability to work under pressure and within strict deadlines.
Clarity and correctness of narrative, leading to deep insights on business performance.
Good skills in presentation making.

Personal Characteristics Required for this Position:

Attention to detail.
Team spirit oriented, committed, and responsible.
Availability to travel abroad (Europe) up to 25 percent of his time (one week a month).
At least 4-5 years of relevant experience within a multinational company.

Qualification Standards (qualifications & education):

University degree in finance, economics, business or related fields.
