DescriptionAVITA Medical is a regenerative medicine company leading the development and commercialization of devices and autologous cellular therapies for skin restoration. Our FDA approved RECELL System technology platform treats patients with thermal burn wounds and full-thickness skin defects and is used for re-pigmentation of stable depigmented vitiligo lesions by harnessing the regenerative properties of a patients' own skin to create Spray-on Skin cells.Position SummaryThe role will be responsible for implementing, developing, and providing commercial financial analysis on KPIs giving data driven insights to aid decision making. Varying business to business, the financial planning and analysis function will manage all data and dissemination of commercial results across the business, so the relevant tools are being provided to support the growth of AVITA Medical's business.Key ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:Develop a budget model from the ground up.Hands-on in developing and rolling out planning and forecasting data in the planning software.Heavy financial planning and analysis duties including budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.Perform and oversee financial analytics and variance explanations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis that support the business.Meet with business stakeholders and provide support for variances related to AOP and Forecast.Build and improve analytical models that are dynamic in nature.Support the Capex planning and Cashflow modeling.Assist in creating 3-year strategic plans and Board Presentations.Assist with systems integration and upgrades related to planning.RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Accounting or relevant field.At least 5 years of work experience in Corporate financial planning and analysis.Forecast modeling experience for a manufacturing-based business model.Familiarity with Adaptive Planning.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a focus on teamwork.Advanced Excel skills, and strong skills in Word and PowerPoint.Quantitative, with strong attention to detail and high degree of comfort with large data volumes.Strong work ethic with ability to perform in a self-managed environment.Ability to multitask with keen attention to details and following through.EEOC: Avita Medical is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
