Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist - Iberia

The FP&A team supports the three pillars of our business: the Sales and Marketing teams for commercial analysis and sales offers, the Fleet team for analysis and management of fixed and running costs of vehicles, and the Operations team for cost base analysis and local profit and loss management.Reporting to the Head of FP&A Iberia, you will be responsible for:Annual budget preparation and periodic forecast.Variance analysis.Monthly review of the residual value of the fleet.Identifying financial risks and opportunities.KPIs Management.Financial support for development initiatives.Collaborate and provide financial analysis to other departments.What do you need to succeed in your new position?Degree in Economics / Business Administration. An MBA is a plus.Fluent English is a must.Advanced level of Excel. Experience with Tableau and QV, Oracle Fusion and PBCS valuable.Up to 2 years of professional experience in financial departments (Financial Planning and Analysis, Control Management).What will you get in return?6 months Temporary contract and immediate incorporation into a global company where you can grow and develop professionally.Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days of teleworking.Work location: HQ Avis Budget Group, Av.
