Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is responsible for establishing the periodic budget of the company in collaboration with Business Managers, Finance, and other departments.
Budget Preparation Historical data analysisCoordination with Business Managers on all operation-related data and finance on all finance-related data.Drafting, reviewing, and analyzing budget.Budget Financial Statement preparation (IS/BS/CF)Variance Analysis Monitoring of the companies' actual results of operation against budgetAnalysis of the varianceSubmission of monthly variance reportHolding quarterly variance meetings with the Business Managers or as requestedJOB SPECIFICATIONS: Graduate of Accountancy, Accounting, Financial Management, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent.With at least five (5) years of working experience and at least one (1) year in Budget & Planning - Supervisory/Managerial capacity.Proficient in Excel application and knowledge and experience in any Accounting ERP system.Must be very keen to details and accuracy.Can work independently or as part of a team.Job Type: Full-time
