Financial Operations GraduateLocation: Ebury Leon - 4 days in the office and 1 day of home office per week Responsibilities: Instruction and initial verification of client payments, in accordance with internal processes and in line with internal SLAsCompletion of payment beneficiaries, in accordance with internal processesHelp clients to resolve questions or issues regarding their transactions and payments, on email, phone and chat, with empathy and enthusiasmTake and act on instructions from clients interacting with Ebury offline, in accordance with internal processesTake responsibility for assigned tasks and demonstrate end to end ownershipCreation and manual enrichment of transaction reporting filesReconciliation of client funds, FX settlements and internal cash movements sent and received across Ebury's network of bank accountsInvestigation of unallocated and/or non-received funds, and rejection or escalation as requiredFunding client trades, where manual funding is requiredCheck and confirm status of payments in third party banking and payment platforms, including SWIFT GPIConduct basic updates on client information adhering to the relevant processes and proceduresCommunicate the status of tasks to colleagues, supervisors and managers, and escalate problems swiftly, as neededAdhere to all internal policies, processes and proceduresMeeting quality standards and Adherence to SLAsOffer where applicable and seek feedback, learn from mistakes Requirements: Practice good office etiquette through punctuality, attendance and behaviourProactive, with the ability to work within strict time-frames and under pressureDiligent, with good attention to detailGood communication skills, both written and verbalSpeak fluent Spanish and have an advanced level of EnglishCo-operative, and comfortable working in a team environmentCurious and eager to learn, and actively asks questions to confirm understanding of processes and proceduresMotivated, with a desire to make Ebury a success #LI-HB1#LI-ONSITE
