Financial & Office Administrator (Madrid)

The Financial & Office Administrator will manage the administrative tasks of the Iberian office and will support finance and the HR team by performing the following duties:
TasksManage Reception Preparation of Purchase OrdersControl of basic office servicesProvide standard reports & physical and digital file controlContact with Suppliers (Office, Electricity, Public Services, etc.)Management of travel agenciesPurchase of stationery and office suppliesPetty cash controlAnswer to requests from the audit staffSupport area of Finance, Human Resources, Operations heads.Responsible for Health and Safety of the office buildingManagement of medical appointmentsAssist with insurance renewalsControl and administration of holidays and payroll, including payroll reviewAssist Training Planning (time bank, etc.)Support in commission calculation and process managementRequirementsKNOWLEDGE : Languages: Spanish fluent and Intermediate EnglishMicrosoft: Word, Power Point: Intermediate, plus Outlook and Teams Employee relationsOffice facilities managementExposure to/knowledge of financial accounting systems & HRAbility to work in a fast-paced, international environmentPERSONAL QUALITIES: Dynamic & proactiveService orientedNumerateResponsible & disciplinedAnalytical capacityTeamworkAdapting to changeCommunication skills Interest in learning
