You will directly report to the Financial Lines Manager and perform traditional administrative tasks, as well as supporting the team's business development goals. You will be key in helping to build profitable relationships with brokers and insureds, and your role will fully support and comply with the company's objectives and standards.Key Responsibilities:Be the point of contact between Underwriters and Administrative CenterPrepare reports for underwriters' meetings/tripsCredit Control managementProblem-solving accounting/system issues on complex submissionsRequest new submissions entries to internal administration platformsBack-up for Underwriter to Quote and BindContributes with our marketing team to organization of local eventsSkills And Competencies Required:Fluent proficiency in French and EnglishBA or MA degreeExperience in Administrative positionStrong knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and Word (Microsoft)Skills And Competencies Preferred:Fluent proficiency in Dutch, Swedish or DanishExperience in Insurance industryExperience working with PEGA underwriting tool.The Tokio Marine HCC Group of Companies offers a competitive salary and employee benefit package.
