Responsibilities: Prepare monthly reports for revenues and expenditures and all other controlling aspects of the Business Unit on a country.Manage BU country costs and assist in the analysis of inventory balances and cycle count results.Analyze and interpret accounting transactions, records, and reports during and outside of the period close.Support Business Partners and stakeholders by delivering comprehensive, complete, and timely financial information for business management and decision making.Oversee end-to-end financial close and internal reporting process.Coordinate planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes with business partners.Provide financial tools and monitor/control capital expenditure.Analyze deviations between actual, rolling forecast, and budget; proactively support Business Partners in creating plans to close identified gaps and implement improvements.Submit monthly VAT reports and provide income tax support to our tax advisor.Support Business Partners in cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.Report and drive actions relevant to NWC and respective KPIs.Manage and empower direct reports to handle day-to-day process aspects.Enforce internal controls adhering to corporate policies and guidelines as well as local laws.Deliver effective and timely communication on all relevant issues to internal and external stakeholders.Identify and manage continuous improvement initiatives for the Accounting & Controlling function.Support Business Partners in reviewing and analyzing the financial impact of strategic initiatives and investment opportunities.Review and assess provisions relevant to factory risks with business partners.Optimize NWC performance of the entity.Support internal and external audits in operational/new business-related financial matters.Ensure ICS enforcement within the entity/factory.Support the GPOs in establishing procedures for Accounting & Controlling.Minimum Requirements: Degree in Finance: A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required.Postgraduate Qualification: An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly desirable.Industrial and Factory Experience: Strong background in finance within industrial or factory settings, with a deep understanding of financial management in a manufacturing environment.
