Our client is looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to work on the financial aspects of their rapidly growing business.
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all daily financial activities, including budgeting, cash management, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
You will ensure that financial goals are met and operations run smoothly.

TasksOversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, costs, and financial analysis and reporting.Monitor the budget and forecasting processes, ensuring that they are aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
Define, analyze and control shows budget and deviations.Improve efficiencies and reduce costs across the business.Manage Group Treasury and Cash Flow, optimizing cash balances.Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis, and provide regular reports and operational KPIs to the senior management.Manage relationships with external auditors and other stakeholders, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas of improvement to optimize results and provide recommendations and insights to help management make informed decisions.Direct report to the CFO.RequirementsFull professional level of Spanish and English.Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or similar field.4+ years of experience in auditing (experience at a Big4 is a plus).1+ years of experience as a controller is valued.Strong knowledge of auditing principles and financial analysis techniques.Experience with PowerBI or similar tools.Advanced user of Excel.Critical thinking approach, able to provide valuable insights.Strong organizational and analytical skills with an eye for detail.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build empathic relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.BenefitsPrivate health and dental care.Attractive wages and daily perks.Great office in the center of Barcelona (Diagonal/Augusta).Free daily food at the office.Very dynamic and challenging environment.International, open-minded and united team.Interview ProcessStep 1: Interview with our Recruiter to get to know you better.Step 2: Interview with HR team.Step 3: Interview with the CFO.Step 4: Interview with the Founders.
