We are looking for a passionate, positive, and action-oriented professional to join our Finance team.
As part of the Finance team, you will play a key role in the improvement of processes and will be a key member of the team responsible for all aspects of group financial control.
You should also be able to demonstrate you are eager to learn and professionally evolve, self-motivated, well organized, and show strong attention to detail and solutions.
Responsibilities Support month-end and year-end close process of all required subsidiaries.Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.Financial KPI's analysis.Responsibility over the tax closing and reporting of all subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with local regulations.Cost management and control.Management of external audits of all required subsidiaries.Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting; extensive financial analysis.Responsibility over the ERP, its implementation and updates.General support to the Admin & Finance departments.Keep track and up to date all intercompany transactions according to Transfer Pricing standards.Cash Flow management.Working closely with management or executive teams. Requirements Degree within Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.Minimum 5 years of previous experience and profound knowledge in various controlling areas (proven working experience as a Controller).Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.Analytical, result-oriented, with strong capabilities in attention to details.Preferably with experience in consolidation.Advanced user of MS Office suite, especially Excel.Previous experience with IFRS will be a plus.Highly motivated team player, proactive and autonomous.Willing to take ownership and to work under pressure meeting deadlines and targets.
