As our next Finance Controller, your mission will be to undertake the regulatory and financial and tax reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.What you will doGroup Reporting standardizationPrepare Tangelo Spain reporting to different stakeholdersWeekly cash position and cash forecast reportsBank reconciliation and relationship with banksManage payables and receivablesFinancial KPI's analysisManage the relationship with the external auditors while preparing and ensuring quality control over the documentationOverview and implement Compliance policiesKeep track and up to date all intercompany transactions according to Transfer Pricing standardsPrepare monthly reporting to different stakeholders (management, investors, etc.) identifying and explaining variances between budget and actualsYear-end company auditYear-end impairment analysisPrepare the Annual Budget (income statement, BS and cash flow statement)Your profileKnowledge and experience in IFRS standards and Spanish GAAP7+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experienceExperience in supervising Bookkeeping/accounting functions and familiar to using accounting and reporting system, as well as customizing themFamiliar and involved with Corporate Tax calculationsThorough knowledge of accounting principles and proceduresExperience in the month-end/year end close processesAccounting software user and administration skills, especially SAP B1 is a plusFluent level of English and SpanishAudit background highly recommendedBenefitsFlexible working hoursRemote work friendlyMulticultural, friendly and talented team.
