Who we are?
The Finance Team is primarily responsible for managing the preparation of balance sheets, financial statements, cash-flow reports, day-to-day record keeping, and reporting, including all payroll, accounts payable, and receivable.
We are currently looking for a self-motivated, well-organized Financial Controller to become an integral member of the Finance team.
This is a great role for someone experienced in overseeing financial operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimal financial performance, who works collaboratively, is solution-oriented, and is excited to contribute and learn in a quickly evolving fast-growth company.
What will you do?
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements package, including analysis of the profit and losses statement and balance sheet for all entities.
Conduct variance analysis to explain deviations from budgeted/forecasted financial results and provide actionable insights.
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess the company's financial health and performance against targets.
Assist in annual financial audits of all entities, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and timely submission of required documentation.
Actively propose and contribute to implementing process improvements to optimize results, improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business.
Elaborate, establish, and maintain robust internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and reduce risks, liaising with the Controller Manager.
Assist FP&A in budgeting and monthly forecasting.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar field.
Advanced user of MS-Office (Master in Excel).
Fluent in English (writing and presentations) and Spanish.
At least 3 years of experience (experience in auditing at a Big4 is a plus).
Critical, analytical, and methodical approach.
