We are currently looking for a Regional Financial Controller to be based in Madrid.Overall Summary:We are looking for a Financial Controller / FP&A profile who:Ensures hands-on financial management of our ATM business in the region in alignment with business targets as Business Partners; Assures integrity of financial reporting through control function; Manages a finance team and a strong pipeline of talents in the finance function; Executes financial policies and procedures.Responsibilities:Business Partnership and DevelopmentProactively drive business performance through business partnership.Provide sound financial guidance to the Country Managers and other heads of function to aid effective decision-making having a bottom-line perspective.Align, integrate, and collaborate with functional market/regional leadership team in market to ensure focus on common objectives.Prepare financial analysis for business initiatives to support decision-making process.Financial ControllingAnalyzing P&L, Cash Flow, KPIs, Capex.Provide accurate financial risk assessments to guide sound business decisions.Planning/ForecastingPreparation and submission of 18 Month Rolling Forecast.Analyzing results and overseeing monthly reporting to adjust, realign plans and forecasts.Review and challenge results.Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports to Business in order to improve control and help decision-making.People ManagementWork together with various financial and business stakeholders.Attracting, engaging, and developing talent; assessing and ensuring the right people are in the right roles.Challenges to Address:Changing roles and responsibilities in the finance team and able to manage different levels of seniority in the team.Managing through a quickly changing, volatile, demanding, and growing business environment.Short/Long-term perspective - being strategic but hands-on at the same time: Actively balancing short- and long-term perspectives; maintaining focus on the long-term despite the constant pressure to deliver in the short-term complexity including business models, lack of clear processes, not fully clear matrix structure, culture.Requirements:Minimum 8-10 years' experience in Finance within a multinational organization preferably in industries with high transaction volume.Experience with full end-to-end financial procedures.Strong organizing, planning, and controlling ability.#J-18808-Ljbffr
