As a Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of Habyt during a period of rapid growth.
From day one, you'll take on significant responsibility, supporting financial and business controlling processes across the Habyt Group.

If interested, please send us your most updated CV in English.Your responsibilitiesFinancial Operations & Reporting:Support month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting.Oversee financial transactions and provide quality control to maintain integrity in financial reporting.Liaise with external accounting and auditing partners to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.Budgeting & Performance Analysis:Monitor monthly financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and preparing insightful reports.Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine financial policies, ensuring efficient and scalable processes.Financial Management & Strategy:Take ownership of financial and accounting operations, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures that promote operational excellence.Your qualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.At least 2 years of experience in financial controlling or a related field, preferably in a start-up or scale-up environment.Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is required; familiarity with Lucanet is a strong advantage.Ability to communicate clearly with a wide variety of stakeholders, from employees to management as well as external partners.Strong ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English is mandatory; additional European languages are a plus.A quick learner with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results
