Financial Controller I

YOUR ROLE IN ACTION
In your role, you will report to the Country Finance Manager, working as finance partner closely with other departments such as Store operations, HR and Real Estate, as well as with colleagues in our HQ in Netherlands. Ensuring an effective and efficient financial control of the organization.
Among other things, you will:
Provide general support to the country organization via daily, weekly and monthly reports that you will use, upgrade, create and improve. Reporting should be on time, accurate and complete. Support and participate in the preparation and development of forecasts, budgets and strategic plans. Maintain and prepare financial data and overall performance for planning and decision making. Provide financial analysis supporting management decisions in accordance with internal (corporate) guidelines. Analyze and get conclusions from the data and KPIs in comparison with the trends, previous year, budget and forecast. You will have freedom to find new relationships between the figures and KPIs and find new ways to look at things. We are open-minded, listening and always willing to learn something new. Profile Ideal candidate should:
Be reliable, structured, solution-oriented, proactive and analytical thinker with strategic overview.
