The main objective of the role is to enhance a relationship with the Plant Controller; collaborating to reducenoise, proposing quality improvements, and mitigating risks identified through data analysis on 3 towers PTP, OTC, and RTR.The Spoke will be responsible for performing a broad set of activities, including:Being the point of contact for communication between the Service Center and Plant Controller.Managing escalations redirected through the Delivery team.Identifying issues and proposing initiatives to improve RTR, PTP, and OTC processes in the long term.Tracking KPIs.Major tasks and responsibilities:Analyze issue/incident management provided by the Plant Controller.Facilitate operational calls and follow up on actions agreed (request topics to PC and SC, follow up on the topic for their resolution, initiate improvement initiatives).Identify initiatives per tower: analysis of the issues, identification of improvement areas, sharing proposals for implementation, and following up on priority and plan implementation with GPO.Analyze key metrics to identify recurrent issues and focus areas.Ensure operational training (FWF PTP, PBI).Requirements:Preferably a university degree or equivalent, especially with a focus on Administration or Finance.
