Strategically positioned close to our factories and R&D teams, Finance maintains short lines of communication with other functions, enabling a deep understanding of the stories behind the numbers. Regular visits to our high-tech factory for physical inspections further strengthen this connection.Our Finance team covers a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including financial administration, management accounting, statutory accounting, treasury, tax compliance, business control, and ESG. By managing all these activities within one team, we eliminate silos and reduce the risk of duplicate efforts.We maintain strong ties with our Finance teams in the US and China, fostering a truly global perspective. Each year, our financial controllers visit one of our international locations to conduct internal audits and benchmark our processes, ensuring we remain at the forefront of industry standards.We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Financial Controller to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your 3 to 7 years of relevant experience, ideally as an auditor (RA), to contribute to our financial reporting processes and support data-driven decision-making.
