Based in Chiva (Valencia – Spain), as a key member of the local finance team you will start providing support to the local function in all aspects related to the day-to-day operations and grow into the role to take full ownership of key tasks and processes in the local finance function. As required, you will also get involved in the roll-out plan to implement SAP/4H.What will your day-to-day look like?Prepare monthly consolidated reporting (Spain, Italy and Turkey) and participate in period-end related activities.Assist in the preparation of monthly trading review materials, providing necessary insights and explanations to the business performance in the period.Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports as required.Contribute to the effective implementation of cost accounting related procedures in line with Group controlling.Provide support to other business functions as required (e.G. product margin analysis, cost controlling, transfer price analysis, ROI analysis).Provide support on treasury related activities (AR & AP) if required.Provide support on all matters related to tax compliance (indirect, direct and local taxes).Assist in the local and group financial audit, including preparation of Statutory Accounts.
