The offered position is primarily based at the Cáseda factory, with the flexibility to work between the Pamplona headquarters and the factory.About the role:As a Finance Controller, you will support the Finance Manager and CFO while collaborating closely with the Industrial Controlling team. Your key responsibilities will include:Management accounting: Coordinate the company's management accounting, supervising accounting processes and workflows to enable effective managerial reporting and informed decision-making.Internal controls: Enhance internal controls to ensure the correct execution of business processes, ensuring financial data integrity and compliance.Cross-functional collaboration: Work cross-functionally with various departments (e.G., SCM, Maintenance, Operations) to ensure the proper use of managerial data, establish finance controls, and improve workflows with a focus on lean accounting practices.Audit collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial data requirements.Balance sheet analysis: Conduct balance sheet analysis and propose improvements to optimize the company's working capital, focusing on asset management and inventory control.Business improvement: In partnership with the Industrial Controlling and IT teams, identify business needs and implement improvements. Monitor business line profitability, product margins, and manage transfer pricing.Budgeting and forecasting: Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement projects.You're going to be a match if...You count on a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar, with a minimum of 4 years previous experience as Big Four Audit or Finance Controller in an industrial company, or similar.You are a finance and Excel enthusiast with an innovative spirit and orientation to work with internal clients, in a manufacturing environment and different technologies.We will value very positively knowledge in finance and accounting willing to make improvements in daily business projects.It will be a plus if you count on experience and knowledge of SAP and/or PowerBI
