ResponsibilitiesManage all financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsEnsure compliance with financial regulations and standardsOversee budget preparation and financial forecastingAnalyze financial performance and report on variances to managementImplement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assetsLead and mentor the finance team, encouraging professional growth and developmentCoordinate audits and liaise with external auditors during the audit processRequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree or CPA preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting rolesProven experience as a Financial Controller or similar managerial positionStrong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirementsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in accounting software and financial management systemsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
