Responsibilities Manage all financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards Oversee budget preparation and financial forecasting Analyze financial performance and report on variances to management Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets Lead and mentor the finance team, encouraging professional growth and development Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors during the audit process Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar managerial position Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in accounting software and financial management systems Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
