The Financial Controller will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of the venue's operations, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
Key responsibilities include:Overseeing all payments and invoice controlBudget management and cost analysisMonthly P&L preparationConducting regular inventory checksManaging provisionsCoordinating with internal and external auditorsThe ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of financial compliance and reporting.Qualifications:Proven leadership and management capabilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFinancial acumen with experience in budgeting and profitability forecastingEffective multitasking and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environmentProficiency in English and/or Spanish; additional language skills are advantageousAdditional Information:EU Passport Holders will only be considered for this position.Prior experience working in the Balearic's will be viewed favourably; proficiency in Spanish is a must.Knowledge of local regulations and laws is essential to the role.We invite qualified candidates who are passionate about hospitality and ready to contribute to a unique dining experience to apply.
