Role Description: We are seeking a dedicated Financial Controller for CLAP House to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis.
The Financial Controller will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of the venue's operations, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
Key responsibilities include overseeing all payments, invoice control, budget management, cost analysis, and monthly P&L preparation.
The role also demands conducting regular inventory checks, managing provisions, and coordinating with internal and external auditors.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial acumen, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of financial compliance and reporting.
Qualifications: - Proven leadership and management capabilities - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and profitability forecasting - Effective multitasking and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment - Proficiency in English and/or Spanish; additional language skills are advantageous Additional Information: - EU Passport Holders will only be considered for this position.
- Prior experience working in the Balearic's will be viewed favourably.
Proficiency in Spanish is a must.
- Knowledge of local regulations, and laws are essential to the role.
