We are seeking a Financial Controller to join our team and play a key role in driving the financial success of our e-commerce ventures. If you have at least 2 years of experience and a passion for precision, strategy, and innovation, we'd love to hear from you What You'll Do Financial Control - Oversee financial performance across multiple e-commerce platforms, focusing on website performance and marketing costs. - Manage payment platforms: monitor payments, reconcile turnover, and analyze transaction fees. - Provide weekly turnover reports to track and communicate financial progress. - Take full ownership of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, ensuring accurate turnover analysis and cost allocation. - Manage intercompany invoicing processes efficiently. - Oversee cash flow management to ensure business liquidity and financial stability. - Collaborate on ad-hoc financial projects to support strategic initiatives. Accounting & Tax - Supervise monthly and annual tax filings to ensure compliance. - Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records. - Review annual accounts and reports to guarantee accuracy and regulatory adherence. - Oversee general accounting tasks, focusing on cost control and operational efficiency. Who You Are Your Background and Skills - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - At least 2 years of experience in a financial role, preferably in e-commerce or a similar industry. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes. - Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial analysis and reporting. - Fluency in Spanish and a strong working knowledge of English.
