We are currently looking for a junior profile to join our Finance Team.
Tus tareas Oversee the preparation and presentation of annual and quarterly financial statements in accordance with local and international standards (IFRS/IFRS).
Preparation and presentation of financial reports to investors Manage monthly, quarterly and annual accounting close, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines.
Coordinate internal and external audits, being the main point of contact with auditors.
Ensure compliance with fiscal and tax obligations, reviewing tax returns and optimising tax burdens.
Monitor and analyse the company's profitability, identifying areas for improvement in costs and processes.
Oversee treasury management, including cash flow planning and forecasting.
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and monitor deviations from it.
Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior management, supporting strategic decision making.
Implement and optimise financial processes and internal control systems.
Monitor compliance with financial and accounting regulations and ensure the integrity and transparency of financial information.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper resource allocation and efficient financial management across the organisation.
Tu perfil Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Strong background in accounting and financial control.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with a focus on finance and reporting.
Knowledge and experience working with US GAAP.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Advanced level of English (C1) is mandatory.
