The Role We are looking for a Financial Controller to join Immfly within our Finance team. You will maintain tight control of the P&L, assist with financial reporting, and oversee budgeting and forecasting across various areas of the company.
Additionally, you will ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial data.
What your day-to-day looks like Manage and organize financial data from various sources within the group and prepare financial analysis at different dimensions (Revenue, Opex, Capex, etc). Participate in our month-end close process as well as the quarterly and annual financial closes. Business performance monitoring in collaboration with different business units. Prepare and improve our Internal and External Financial Reporting. Participate in our Forecasting, Budgeting, and Long Range Plans. Help with our financial records and bookkeeping in different group entities, including preparing both standalone and consolidated financial statements. Enhance our financial framework through the implementation of automation and advanced tools. Support the accounting team in managing book entries in our ERP. Support business performance and partner with various business units to support strategic initiatives. Requirements: Technically At least 4 years of professional experience in the Finance & Controlling areas, a field in a multinational environment. Preferred tech and start-up / scale-up experience. A minimum of 2 years of audit experience is greatly considered. Bachelor's Degree in Economic and Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance. Solid experience in forecasting, coupled with a working knowledge of foreign currencies. Experience with Financial Close and exposure to Auditors. Advanced proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, SAP, databases, ERP. Good knowledge of Spanish GAAP and IFRS, desired but not required. Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Spanish (oral/written). Personally Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with business presence, adaptability, and resilience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to promptly identify and resolve issues. You are organized with high standards of quality and precision in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You are a proactive, persistent, and highly results-driven person with a continuous learning mindset.
