What's really exciting about this journey is that we're always starting over and moving forward, recognizing and developing our people.Daufood is one of the largest masterfranchisees in the world, managing 14 countries/regions in Europe with more than 1400 people who contribute to the success of our company.Your profile:We are looking for a professional and experienced financial controller with:Accounting and IFRS knowledge.SAP user knowledge.Experience in an audit firm and/or experience in controlling or an equivalent position.Microsoft Office (Excel high level is required).Very fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.Bachelor's degree in business administration and management or comparable education.Availability to travel occasionally.Your mission:She/He will lead cross-markets projects to implement new processes, internal controls, and tools to support the business and improve the reporting and controlling activities of Daufood Group, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (Executive Committee Member).Lead projects in collaboration with our shareholders' headquarter (Cobega Group) and our local teams (accounting, controlling, operations, and supply chain teams) to improve the controlling, accounting, and reporting activities in the main Daufood markets (Portugal/Greece/Central Europe and South-Eastern Europe), ensuring consistency in the implementation across the different entities in compliance with Group policies.Design and implement new processes, new manual or automatic controls and/or improve the existing ones, in order to:Improve and make more efficient some of the key business processes.Better support the business and the decision-making process.Mitigate internal audit issues.Supervise the proper implementation of a new SAP version (SAP S/4 HANA) regarding the accounting and finance processes.Support the CFO and CEO in the reporting activities to the Cobega Board and to Domino's Pizza International.Other projects (e.g., ad-hoc analysis and business cases, business plan and budget preparation, support in new potential M&A transactions).We offer:Full-time and permanent position in our Barcelona based office.Fixed salary + Bonus.About us:Daufood is the largest Domino's Pizza Masterfranchise in the world.
