Selection of participants; meeting coordination; result consolidation; action tracking)Monthly financial meeting (customer management level/dispute handling)Ad hoc invoice clarificationAd hoc billing reportingCustomer Intelligence Events - Improve external communication towards customerBest practice sharing cross Account Management CTOsNew service/Change of service recurring meetings conducted jointly with Service OrganizationFinanceTracking and closure of Overdue Receivables and controlling of monthly payments – interface to Debt Collection TeamCommercialsMonthly approval for billing itemsEnsure monthly Financial ReconciliationInformation about financial clean-ups (e.g.
