NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for a new EU funded project called: Monitoring and ex-ante review support for Halkali – Kapikule Railway Line Project and is searching for experts to carry put this project.
The objective of this assignment is to ensure monitoring of the EU funds via safeguarding compliance with the relevant EU legislative framework and to increase the value added created by the EU financial assistance in Turkiye.
Duration: The indicative start date is 05/01/2025 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 329 Day(s) from this date (indicative end date: 30/11/2025).
Location: Ankara, Türkiye.
Financial Control Expert Cat.
II ? Qualifications and skills: Education completed university studies in Engineering, Economics, Finance or other relevant sciences of at least 3 years.
Language skills: Fluent in English ? General professional experience: At least 6 years' experience in financial control and checks of investment projects.
? Specific professional experience: Preferably 5 years, but a minimum of 2 years of experience in financial control, audit, or check of major investment projects.
In depth knowledge of EU Financial Regulation and procedures would be an asset.
